As a tactful person can tell you something you don't want to hear and you will be thankful for the information when they are finished.
On the other hand if you are saying the same thing in insensitive manner no one will be ready to listen to you and the Communication failures arise when there is a gap between what the sender meant and what the receiver thought the sender meant.
Yes it is true it is not about what you say it is about how to say, because in saying some thing people, who are listening to us, will act upon over sayings. So we should concentrate our sayings while saying some thing, because our saying can be accept or denied on the spot.
The statement is exactly true and I would like to prove it with an example. For example Asad wants to purpose Shazia Now if he goes to her father and says that I want to marry your daughter then it looks very bad. On the other hand if Asad's parents go for the same purpose to meet Shazia's parents then it is the suitable way. In addition to this if his parents tactfully describe his qualities and his future plans then it is more likely to get the desired results. Same is the case in all the matters of life. A tactful person who communicates according to the rules of communication can get desired more easily than any other person. Hence it is proved that state given above is exactly true.
As any good public speaker knows, it is estimated that about 80% of the total meaning of what we say is communicated not through the actual words we use but through the non-verbal communication, the pauses, the inflection and the stress that we use delivering those words. I am sure you have had really boring teachers who manage to turn the most exciting topic into a struggle for survival as you battle sleep to endure a lecture. Yet at the same time I bet you have had excellent teachers or lecturers who have made a topic that you thought was going to be boring absolutely fascinating through their non-verbal communication and so on. All this shows that actually the way we speak and the methods that we use are much more important than the words themselves. This is why speechmakers practice their speeches before giving them. It is all about technique and how we say what we say.
