Since 1999, I have been a regular user of internet and during these 12 years, I received a bundle of such mails. Initially I too forwarded but soon I recognized that these are fake. Just like Manager said that he received same mail 4 years ago. I too received it years back.

However, you may get some mail with just a request to pray for someone's health. That could be a real one. I am not mixing that type of requests with fake mails.
