Ok aap aisa karo reboot your pc and then press F8 key during boot. Aap boot selection mode wali window mein jayo gi aur wahan se boot in safe mode select karo aur computer ko boot hone do. Jab pc boot ho jaye ga to system restore ker lo past dates mein se. Jiss date per aap ka pc theak chal raha tha.
