UET (university of engineering and technology) conducts this certification  course comprises 3 months. I had done it for recreation and to make my spare time useful last year. I join it as an observer and find it not much beneficial but it is true that it provide the first flight to the beginners to learn spoken English. Later on it demands practice. i have the germs of a teacher so I start teaching O' level, Matric, Pakistan Air force, I.com and B.com students and this ability of speaking smoothly comes into me only by teaching English medium students.
