CC is just copy to others but bcc is used when you do not want others to see the email of that person. Like you want to send one email to many persons so you will use cc and you want that these persons should not know that you send this email to your boss also so you will use bcc for your boss. In this case your boss will know for others but others will not know about your boss. In short words bcc is used for hiding email of someone from others
