Supervise the timely and effective operation the Document Control
activities. Make continual improvements in the document control
process Manage the CPA (Corrective & preventive actions) program to
facilitate implementation resolution, escalation or suspension of CPA
reports. Manage and facilitate IMS related audits including internal
audits, external audits and certification audits. Manage the
Complaints program and facilitate customer satisfaction activities
Manage the Environmental, Health & Safety program. Offer
recommendations essential for the compliance of EMS and OHSAS
requirements To provide training for all IMS related policies and
procedures.
