Thankfully I successfully downloaded Windows 7 professional yesterday and today downloading MS Office Suite 2007.
So far only once i faced download interruption in MS Office, but didn't get error like urs.
I've restarted the download and it is 52% completed now... And yeah I restarted my PC as well...

Causes of download failure have been given in the window (u attached below). Check all those causes. Make sure the disk where you are downloading it has enough space.
