Very Simple From 0 to 100 7 Digit Repeat 10 times as this 7, 17, 27 and so on and plus 10 times more as Seventy like 70, 71, 72 ..... and so on so from 0 to 100, 7 Digit repeat 20 times and there are 10 slabs of 100 in 0 to 1000
like 0-100, 101 - 200, 201 - 300, and so on there are 10 slabs so 7 digit repeat as multiple of 10 i.e. 10 x 20=200 + plue there are 100 time 7 in the slab of 700 -799 so add it in 200 

the right answer is 300
